face pain

Hi all! Now, I already have contacted the nurses about this, but it is early so idk when I will.hear back from them. But here's the problem

Earlier this week I had a bit of a cold. I took some nyquil and it went away. Then on Tuesday I was cleared for the stage 4 diet. (Yay) and all was well. Then fast forward to Thursday morning and I woke up with reallt bad jaw pain. It got worse through the day. My head also started pounding, like a mirgiane. My ears feel hot. And I have like a metallic taste in my mouth as well. My mother thinks the jaw pain could be from chewing again after a month not being able to, which I can see, but I don't understand why basically my whole face hurts too then.

Did anyone else have jaw pain when they moved onto soft foods? I think i just might be getting sick and its a combination of that and eating again. Please let me know.

I am also a month post opt. I moved through the stages a bit quicker then most do, my stomach has handled everything fine though. I also have been taking my Vitamins and all. I just don't know what's gojng on and I'd like to see if anyone else experienced the same problems. Thanks!

Tooth, ear ache or sinus problems. I would agree with your assessment you may be getting a cold; however, wait for the nurse to call you back. Clearly, anything we provide is going to be speculative.
