So finally after completing my options classes at kaiser my date is set for dec 17. Originally I had the lapband my dr is going to remove my band and do a revision to an rny the same time if everything looks ok inside. I'm super nervous. I keep reading horror stories and bad experiences online and it's freaking me out. Any support is appreciated

I'm nervous too....my date is December 18, and I am also revising from lap band to RNY. I don't know anyone else who has had a revision but I can't wait to get rid of this band!!!

Where are you located ? Yes me too I cannot wait to get the band out but I'm super nervous for the rny ... But I'm trying not to think about it I'm am sure it will all go fine. Who's your doctor ?

My surgery date is December 17th also. I don't have the band, having a RNY bypass. I feel pretty ready. Been reading up on alot of info and have seen my team numerous times. Im from the Pittsburgh area and will be having my surgery at Magee Women's Hospital with Dr Ramanathan.

I'm in upstate NY and my surgeon is Steven Heneghan at Bassett Hospital. 45 days to go!
