Just had surgery had a low 31 BMI with diabetes and pcos struggled to get below bmi 30 for 15 years. Unexplained Infertility probably due to excess weight. Low selfesteem.

I don't know if you can delete a post, but you can edit it - and that might let you delete the photo. The method for editing differs depending on which type of device you are using.
