I'm starting my two weeks tomorrow for surgery date of 11/3 and I bought the premier protein (at Sams) you can get it at wal-mart too its just not as big (12 shakes) compared to wal-marts 4. Anyway I really like the chocolate but I also picked up vanilla and strawberry creme (haven't tried these) My surgeon and nutritionist ok'd them. I also ordered the syntrax nectar in fuzzy naval from vitacom I got a lot of really good reviews on these two things. Other than that I'm only allowed sugar-free jello, popsicles, and broth. I hope that helps.

@@angelantriplett It is cool! I have to go first though . I don't know about the Vi shakes I haven't heard anything about them as far as this surgery. I will see if I can find you on FB. Only a few of my friends know about my surgery so far. I just got approved so I haven't put anything about it on FB yet.
