Are you getting enough Protein? DId you do okay on liquid diet? You might want to back up your diet to a previous stage where you weren't dry heaving. Rhe maintain thing is to get your protein.

As my tag line says I am 4 months post-op and I am dry heaving quite often after eating and some times even if I haven't eaten. The only things I am able to eat are fruits and veggies. Typical day I eat one orange and a cup of mushrooms/carrots and on occasion I can eat shrimp. All other Protein makes me nauseaus. Anyone else having these issues?
So tired of having no energy and unable to eat anything. When will this get better? I am sooooooo regretting the surgery. At this point I wish I never had it. I want this feeling to change but right now I am mentally stuck.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
