Waiting and waiting

For those of you waiting to schedule the lap band surgery... How are you dealing with the anxiousness of it all? Ill more than likely be banned middle December just waiting on insurance approval. Good grief though I feel like im about to burst! Im so anxious and ready to start this journey and get my life back

Once I made the decision to change my life, why did I have to wait so long!!! It was agony. But I had a little secret. I had some meds prescribed by my doc to control anxiety. That was the only thing that kept me sane while I waited.
