I feel so cruddy. I went to my doc, my weight is down and they just started me on an"r" medication I felt so good I went to celebrate our adoptions with my family, 4 & 6 years, and they had nothing I could eat so I literally picked some cheese off the pizza and ate a super small amt. never again. I'm having also to go in for an end and possibly my pouch to be stretched ;/

Where r u in TX? I'm in Denton. Also, hope you feel better. Why do they need to stretch your pouch?

Girl! You had an "open" surgery! Your recovery is going to be slower. :P

Those little 10 minute walks will definitely help, and it always pooped me out, but yet, I was in less pain. (not so stiff, etc.)

12 pounds is ALOT!! You're 2 weeks out, right? My 30 pounds is from when I started the 2 week liquid diet until now. So that's a full month. (and 5 days) You're doing great!!

I know. I'm just ready to feel human again! :) I will be patient. :-). I just 'ate' my last liquid meal! Strained Cream of Mushroom Soup made with skim milk and powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury unflavored Protein. On to puréed tomorrow!! I am so excited! My taste buds are so ready for some different tastes.

I swear I just felt my old tummy growl. Is that still possible??

Ugh...I hate when I type U N J U R Y it comes out saying Medical Quality Protein! Lol

yay!!!!! So happy for you. So silly.

I only drink 4 oz of pre-mixed protein shake 3 times per day. That's 1/2 cup each time. A tiny amount, I don't think I am having too much protein. But I will try to drink a bit more. I just don't get how could I be gaining weight. Desperate!

@@Beni I have been reading the message boards and a lot of people talk about the 3 week stall. I feel like I've slowed down too! I don't know how much I've lost other than the two week weigh in. Hang in there! Maybe call your nutritionist? I see mine next week.

I am bummed, miscalculated my weeks, thought I only had one more week of pureed, but I have two. :(

Hang in Smiley. I'm on puree till Dec. 21st!

They started me on relegan(?) for nausea... Oh my heaven is it awesome. Also, my weight today was 222.4 so it matched my scale at home perfectly. naked at home I'm 219. Something.. Down from 255. So even feeling cruddy my 4 week victory is 35 lbs.

I'm in San Antonio. 1 month out.

@@j.marie I'm in New Braunfels! Who did your procedure? I had Dr. Pilcher and I do love him!

Reglan; it does work nicely. Congrats on your weight-loss to date!

@@freelyme, I hope you saw, I'm in New Braunfels. They are going to see if it helps my food stop getting stuck. They think I may have scarred too much wher my pouch drains, so I will be getting the end and possible stretch then on the 29th. In the mean time, I LOVE relegan! It helps to relax my intestine/pouch so I'm not in pain! :) and takes away the nausea!

Yes, it's a great drug! Sorry you've been in pain and been having food getting stuck! That sucks but kudos for being a trooper! Good luck on your upcoming procedure!
