question about port pain

Hey guys so I am about 12 days out from surgery and I have some hardness around the incision of my port. ITs a little painful not horrible and its not red or anything but when i pust on it it like a big knot. I know my port didn't fall out but i just want to make sure this is normal.

I am experiencing the same thing. I have the knot when I push it. I am about 24 days out. It gets better, but sometimes if i laugh too hard or try to run, it lets me know it is there. I think it is normal.

It's just swelling. I've had the same thing and I had my first post-op visit with doctor yesterday, he felt it and said it's the swelling. I assumed it was the scar tissue or stitches under the skin.
