Insurance approval

I found out yesterday I was approved, but I was told that I would have a year to do the surgery. Now I am told it is only good until the end of the year. I am so bummed, I planned on having it next spring. I can't afford to be off work for 6 weeks now. I have to be off for atleast 6 wks because I have to lift 75lbs at work. Thinking maybe I should just say heck with it and try diet medication instead of surgery. Now that I am approved my husband tells me I don't have to have surgery because I can do it without surgery if I just exercise.

I understand your dilemma! I've tried the diet medication Adipex and it did nothing for me! Now, I just awaiting for insurance approval.

My son had gastric sleeve surgery in April of this year and has already lost over 120 pounds! He started his journey at the end of January 2014 at 382 pounds. I am so proud of him!

Good luck in whatever you choose to do!

Nancy
