Pre-op diet started 8/22, surgery was on 9/5. Since 8/22 I am down 35lbs. An average of 5lbs a week is great and I am feeling awesome!

Had my surgery 09/22/14 have lost 20 pounds since 09/08/14 feeling good just seems like it's slowing down

I am on vacation this week....just praying I don't gain....well if I do there is always next week. Making good choices but so much harder to control your food when you are away from home.

Actually lost 0.5 ....super excited!
