Need advice. Am I eating enough?

I'm 9 days post op ( surgery last Tuesday). I don't think I am eating enough. I am on a liquid diet for 3 weeks after my surgery and also am allowed yogurt and strained creamed soups. Today I had a premiere protein shake, 1/2 bottle of Isopure, almost 1/2 can of tomato soup and a couple spoonfuls of Greek yogurt. Am I eating enough? Info feel hunger.

I'm where you are at. The most important thing right now is to drink 64oz of liquid and take in your protein. I do a premiere shake in the am. At lunch, I eat Campbell's soups that are condensed and when you add water it's thin enough. I only eat 30min. I drink a flavored syntrax which gives me 23g protein. At dinner, I do another broth or soup and add unjury unflavored protein to give me another 21g protein. You should be taking in probably 300-400 calories this 3 weeks of liquid. So, I think you are doing fine, but get your protein because it will make you full.

You're doing fine, just be sure you are getting at least 60g of Protein and as much Fluid as you can tolerate. I still struggle to get in enough fluids, but I keep trying and I am getting closer to my 64 oz that I'm supposed to have. :D
