Oct. 20, ekk!

Met surgeon September 29, got October 20 surgery date. Ekk!

I am so ready but so overwhelmed. I start 2 weeks of Optifast tomorrow.

My main concern--support. My doctor is 2 hrs away so attending their support group won't be a regular option for me.

I'd love any tip, tricks, hints, etc you've got!
