welcome, welcome and welcome

you posted your question correctly in the post op forum :)

come here anytime (unless i'm sleeping please don't wake me ) :D

ask any and all questions

no such question that as TMI ;)

we love to talk about gas, vomitting, bowel movements, what food to eat, being tired, stalls and sex et al :D ;)

when you want to respond to any topic on right side (Recent topic, Trending Topics) et al

go to question and push on the black area - question and and push @Mention button and there you! ready to make a comment!!

after you push the post button that name be highlightd in blue

or just continue in the area and answer a question

use the "search" area in the right hand corner

ask away :)

we are here to answer your questions

give opinions, suggestions and much support

but at the end of the day - ALWAYS listen to your doc, surgeon, and NUT (nuitrionisstitionist)

they are the ones in the know

you'll find out soon that most docs have different rules/instructions - ONLY go by his rules

listen to others comments, but always gp by doc orders

we are all smart, very nice too (especially me :D )

read all questions on the board

u might see a familiar question/problem that you might have

when you want to respond to a post

go to that persons name on the left under profile area and push the @Mention and name will pop up

@@mari_sleeve - and name will pop up in the area you will post

after name comes up - always put a space when you write your question - or make a comment

this is at left side of board under person name (profile)

or you can go to next post and make your comment

to make an emotican - go to the smiley face abovea and push

things will pop up below like laughing, crying, sad et al

different fonts and aizes too

hope i didn't screw up or confuse you

hopefully others will commentts too on things i forgot

thats it for now in Kathy info on site instructions 101 :)

best is could do

at 6:00 in the morning

hope I helped :)

continued success :)

Welcome. You will find quite a variety of friends and opinions in the forum. Please don't ever take anything personally. Bariatric surgery can be a big bag of emotions. Take each comment for what you need, and lay the rest aside.

During the third week after your surgery, go to the Search box at the top of this page. Make sure you click on the drop down menu and click Forums (to specify your search) and type in STALLS in the Search box. You will get a list of threads addressing "The Dreaded Third Week Stall" You will find a wealth of information on that topic.

I wish you good luck and good health.

Haha @@Miss Mac! I've been a raging B all week! Definitely don't take things personal. Some people are riding the sleeve roller coaster like me lol
