looks good but portion will feed me for weeks....

Four ounces should feed you for a day (three times a day). I was able to freeze 6 extra portions from this recipe. Granted, I did not measure the first portion which I ate straightaway. I may have eaten less than 3 ounces, which accounts for the extra portion that I froze.

Looks delicious, but at only 9 grams of Protein there's no way I could eat a 12oz portion to get enough protein for a meal.
