Hi everyone, been trying to find financing to have my lap band placed. I recently got married to a man that had a new bankruptcy in his credit history and it's killing me. Anyone got any ideas??

I went through efinancing.com. I don't have outstanding credit. Try getting the loan without him. Your credit wouldn't have the bankruptcy already. That's all I know to do.

By the way...if you go on the site for my Dr. www.obesitycontrolcenter.com there's 3 or 4 different 'elective surgery financing' links... all with online applications and they reply within a day or two.

I don't know a whole lot about this, but if you're applying, I don't think his credit would factor in. Is he co-applying? If so tell him to stop.

i went thru lenders.com Citifinancial is actually who i got the loan thru.
