But I have been getting these "this is not a bill" but it says they are denying paying I'm assuming and it says because I didn't get prior permission. Idk. Anyone go through this? I'm afraid they will deny my surgery. I think I'm going to call them and see whats up.

I called and they said not to worry until I get an actual bill. But that I would need my doctor/surgeon to send them an authorization at least a month before hand. But don't they so that anyway?
