Pre surgery diet for insurance

Well I've been a very good girl for the last 16 days for this pre surgery diet. I lost 11lbs woot! No one has ever been denied by insurance because they lost too much on their own have they. I have been doing 1200 calories or less a day and torturing myself every bite I take. I hate living like this. If I felt full I'd be one thing...

I was told if I went below 35 BMI (I have comorbidities) that I could be denied. Congratulations on your weight loss so far :)

Ha ha ha ha ha! Lol.

I was told not to lose more than 10 or so pounds make yourself yoyo... if they see you lose too much they will say you can do it alone. Thats what they told me. They required 6 months so I just did self pay... surgery 9/23

Yeah self pay isn't possible for me so maybe I'll take it easy on my self and bring it up to 1500 cal.

Good luck :)
