Can anyone recommend a good post band cookbook? I know of a lot of resources online but I do like an old fashioned paper book.

    My dr cleared me for whole wheat pasta I like to put fat free ricotta or cottage cheese and sauce. And it's something the whole family can have. If your in the mushy stage skip the noodles and it's still amazing. I also use spaghetti squash instead of noodles.
