Lost it!

Has anyone lost it on a day when they just went crazy on eating? This past Saturday I just ate, ate and ate. I ate healthy but just ate! Isn't that crazy??? Has anyone had days like this? I didn't eat bad food, but I did eat turkey slices, cheese, boil eggs, sugar free popsicles. (stuff like this). I finally had to get up and go to the store to walk and get out of the house. Please tell me that WE all go thru these days.

Don't fret it. Occasionally I jack up the metabolism by raising my calories a bunch. (800 to 1500). Kinda fools the bod when it gets used to the low calorie diet. It is kinda weird cause to do that it seems I am eating constantly all day long.

Usually it will kickstart a weight loss after a long stall, so you could say that's a good thing. Just don't make it a habit. ;)

Nope, not so far. But I'm on 20 days out. Not sure how I could eat and eat and eat at this phase.

Why do you think you did this?

Yes, it happens to me sometimes. I try not to dwell on it too much, but try and get a good cardio workout in the next day.

Yes, sometimes I have a pig out day. But like you, it's good food, just plenty of it. I don't worry about it and just go back to my normal program the next day. Heck, I've even had a few alcohol and dessert binges, but it's ridiculously minute compared to anything I ever did preop. Heck, I'm human and I'm living my life like a "normal" thin person, so these things happen. Besides, like Recycled said, I like to mix things up and keep my metabolism guessing. Seems to be working for me.
