Vitamins

Am trying to buy everything for post surgery now. What vitamins work for people? I think my nut said Flinstones which seems strange to me but ok! Any other suggestions?

My doctor suggested pre-natal and that is what I take. I get the chew able ones as well. I did get the bariatric lapband ones at first but they started making me sick. Good luck to you and your journey.

I did & do the one a day multi gummy chewables ,because after surgery for a little while my Surgeon said no pills ONLY liquid medicines or things that would melt so they could go down but now I am 2 years out & can take my pills as long as there not to big , also when you get your surgery make sure & ask for the liquid pain meds to help with the pain.
