My Story

I am a newbie, but I have been reading the blog since May. My journey started 5 years ago, and after going to several seminars, switching insurances , and finally finding the Bariatric Center I liked I am scheduled for surgery on November 4th of this year. I felt that after 4 months of reading everybody else's story that it was time for me to come out of the shadows and be a fully committed member. I live in Southern New Jersey, and I am having my surgery at Cooper Hospital with Dr. BBrendan McConnell.

I feel for you last year I started to get the Lapband in Ocean County and between insurance changing and not passing one of the doctors test and finding out I have Sleep Apnea it's been on hold. After thinking about it I want the Sleeve I have 200lbs to loose. Good luck I need to start this process again with the new insurance
