How do I get a body weight ticker?

Banded for 5 days. I am loving all the advise and input on this site. Now I'm wondering how to get a body weight ticker. I see them on almost every post.

    If you're on a PC, go to the top of the page and look for your persona lcon and hello Darlyn. Next to your name is a cog shaped wheel. Click on it and look for "My tickers". Follow the instructions.
