Any Born Again Christians?

Hi Everyone, I was just curious......

Are there any other born again Christians out there who have had WLS? I have not had my surgery yet but was wondering if there were others out there who share my faith. How they might have wrestled with having the surgery in the first place? That kind of thing. Thanks for your input :)

I'm a Christian and will be having surgery on October 31. I've prayed Gods Will all through this process and I believe doors have been opened that have made this journey smoother. Not everyone is on board with my decision to have WLS, but, the people that matter most are supportive. I'm excited and can't wait. Prayers for you all for much success!

Praise the Lord! I have not had my surgery yet. I started this journey 5 years ago, and after many obstacles I am scheduled to have my surgery on November 4th. If it had not been for the Lord, who is on my (Our) side I would not have been able to persevere through the denials, and have had the patience to wait. I believe that as a Christian we have the greatest support system in the world!
