I've seen a few other posts like yours. Sometimes it's just your valgus nerve being overstimulated. Let us know how it goes?

It could also be gallbladder.

When I had my surgery I had lost a lot, 4 days of back pains they did an d and found gallstone stuck, and they went in again to get it out, they say it is common with people who loose weight for this to happen.
