What is 5/2? Diet?

I heard a lot about it over the months just not really sure what it is.

Do a search, you will find lots of threads here. Vets of the 5:2 do not recommend it to people under a year out from surgery. Just follow your Docs plan. I posted a 5:2 thread sticker at the top of the veterans page.. you can find links there. Watch the documentary, it explains a lot. I am going to move this question out of the Vets section as you are not a vet yet, but you are welcome to come here and read, just not post yet.. at one year you are welcome to join on in! @@mrsbshe I'm doing a variation on the 5/2 diet every other week -- I do 4/3 instead of 5/2. Why do I do it? Because it is helping me get off these last 15-20 lbs! Weight loss was really easy for the first year after being sleeved for me, but now I need to come at it with more firepower. Intermittent fasting helps me with that. I wouldn't have done it during the first year though.
