Hey there! I too am on Sept 10th! I'm also on day 6 of the LSD and I've lost 7lbs. I'm sure all our pre and post surgery loss will be different. What are you eating on your LSD?

I started last week at 229 (and I'm also 5'6) I have 4 whey Protein shakes a day, one small piece of fruit, a salad and a meal of 250 calories/30 or less carbs for dinner. I had been walking, however I'm a diabetic on insulin and with such reduced carb intake my blood sugar have been going very low, so I've stopped walking until I see the Dr on Thursday, so they can make adjustments to my insulin intake. I'm also drinking a ton of Water.
