eat in one sitting

This question is for the people that have been banded for several months with no fill. How much can you eat in one sitting? I really want to avoid getting a fill for some reason, but I feel like I'm eating more than I should. I'm still losing weight, but scared I'm eating too much. I don't eat slow enough to listen to my band, so I'm looking for more portion size answer.

Rollo, I've been banded more than 18 months and have not had any fills. Sometimes the feeling of satiety does not always kick in right away so I eat Weight Watcher type portions. Typically, 3 oz. Protein, 1/2 cup of veggies and 1/4 cup of carbs. You can see from my ticker that it's worked very well for me.

Hi Rollo..my surgery was June 26th.. Still haven't had a fill nor do I need one. Losing between 1 to 3 pounds a week! I eat about a cup per meal. I mostly have protein shakes for breakfast.

Hey go walking..I've been trying to remember who told me that hadn't had fills, it was you! Glad your doing so well!

There are a few of us Nana. It's uncommon but not unheard of. Thanks for the kind thoughts.

Welcome!
