Hey ladies, I have been on birth control pills for several years now and has had no problems with it. I was now wondering since with weight loss comes increased fertility has anyone experienced their pills not being as effective? I don't know if I should change methods or what...so far I have been pleased with the pill and I would prefer not to change but I also don't need any surprises because pregnancy is definitely NOT in my plans.

As long as you continue to take your pills as directed, their efficacy won't be changed.
