Yall help!

I'm 7 days out. I've only lost 10lbs. I'm crazy swollen! Went to surgeons office. I've been crazy strict to my optifast diet. I'm a stylist. Been doing double time trying to get all my clients in that needed it. I've shared it with everyone. Just scared about surgery I've been working double time and my feet and ankle/legs are so swollen!!! I'm wondering if anyone else experienced this?

Nothing wrong, just gotta give your body time to heal. You just went through major surgery...give yourself time to heal/recover and don't rush the process!

By the way, don't become addicted to the number on the scale, the weight will come off...just follow your plan.

10 lbs. in one week? That's great!

Good luck and hang on, 'cause you're in for one heck of an awesome journey! :D

10 lbs in a week is good! I've only lost 7.4 but I'm very happy about it!!

Sounds like you have edema from standing for long periods of time. Try compression socks (you can find them at any sports-type store). Get the kind that cover your entire calf up to the knee. The compression will help reduce the Fluid build-up. Downside is that you will need to pee more often!
