Standing Up Straight

I Had Surgery On Wednesday And I Can Walk With No Problem Get Up And All But I Have A Couple Problems

1 . I Can Not Walk Straight Up Like I Walk Like Someone With A Spine Problem . idk If Its Normal This Early

2 . The Stickers On One Of My Incisions Came Off So I Out A Band Aid On It Because it Was Like Opening I Guess I'm Stretching It Getting in And Out of bed

When I had my surgery 5 years ago, I walked like that for about 2 weeks. When my tape started to come off the incisions looked like that, but nothing ever came of it. I would just watch to make sure there is no redness or soreness to the touch (other than what is expected). Foul odor or anything oozing.
