Two week fast

I am starting my two wewk preop diet. Whooo hoodoo it's taken forever and can't believe how close I am. So I have a question, my dietician is quite strict in what we eat even down to the brand we should choose. She says we have to have six shakes a day and can eat non starchy veggies. Six sounds like alot. I'm wondering if six is the most you should have in a day or if this is the exact.amount, no more, no less. And is doing less really gonna matter? What do u guys think?

Hey Julez! My surgery is 9-2. I begin my fast tomorrow. I'm a bit nervous. Please tell me its easy as pie. Oops shouldn't mention pie...sorry! Lol

Pie.... Yum lol smelling food is wonderful.. It's not easy but worth it right? The last time I did 12 days of it I went to a big cook out and made it through that..

You got this... We can be happy together lol
