Welcome to the board and CONGRATS on being BANDED! You are going to love coming here. It can be very refreshing to get new ideas and read up on some stuff you didn't know about. I am not banded yet, just 13 more days and I will be. We look forward to hearing about your success.

Welcome Vickie! If you have any questions, ask away. I know that there are plenty of people here with the answers. And some that will make up an answer or two as they go along. LOL For now, heal well, don't worry about losing, sip your water and don't forget the Gas-X.

Welcome Vickie,

I hope your journey is as smooth as mine was.

1. exercise at least 30 minutes a day (15 minutes away from your front door and then back)

2. Try your best to get your liquids in (I tried all of Walmarts brand of sf drinks)

3. Follow your doctors food guidelines
