Dizzy, tired, nauseated and Weak

Has anyone felt like this from not taking their Vitamins?

My god mother died and I have been so busy and emotional that I forgot to take them Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

I feel like I can barely sit up!

waiting on the nurse to call me back, I think its the absence of the Vitamins
