slipped and frustrated!

Once again I have been having bad days and have given into the sweets. I am really disappointed in myself. I need to just move on and get back on track, I have been at a 3 week stall and it is driving me nuts. My head is getting the best of me.

you are doing very well, and are so close to your goal! you know that the closer you get, the harder it is to lose... that's even with following your food plan perfectly. sit down and look back over your progress, and i bet you'll get all excited again and back on track as you remind yourself how far you've come. don't beat yourself up, what's done is done... focus on now and tomorrow.

often find that just visiting this site and reading about peoples successes and struggles help me get back on track and feel motivated. You can do it. great progress so far. keep it up!

What do you consider a bad day? How did you give in to sweets?

I agree with what @@jessiquoi said. Even though I have not had surgery yet I have been on enough diets in my lifetime to know that you just have to get back on the horse. Don't beat yourself up as it doesn't solve anything and only makes you feel worse and then you eat more - its a vicious cycle that needs to be stopped. Yesterday is over and this is a new day so just start again : ) Good luck!
