my instructions were to call the doctor if a serious pain persisted for more than 4 hours. i would recommend calling your surgeon to ask. always better safe than sorry! i hope you feel better soon!!! please keep us posted.

Hi I'm from England having my gastric sleeve with fobi ring a week tommorow very anxious I have three children and I lost my mum as a child so scared x

Carissa,

Have you called your physician, at this point? Hopefully, you are feeling better. Maybe you felt crappy because of something you ate today. It takes a while to pass.

Take it easy on your new tummy. Sounds like you are doing good over all. Remember we had the same date 7/30!!

Carissa - the nurse in me wants to know how you are feeling otherwise? Temp? Vomiting? Bowel movements? Are you still taking pain meds? Have you gotten your proteins/ water? I know I wasn't getting my water and I had headache and was very tired- my husband kept reminding me that's why I'm home RECOVERING - but new pain that Last longer than a few hours and doesn't Go away is something I would probably let The md know about - :)
