Try drinking warm water. Also don't lie down 30 before or after drinking. Take tiny sips..water is very important for weight loss.

Has my surgery the 31st, I'm not have trouble keeping broth down, but I am having trouble drinking water. I know I need my water but my stomach wants to reject it. I've not actually spewed yet but I have a very strong feeling after water.
