Pre-op Dizziness

Day 2 of my 3 week pre-op diet, and I am getting extreme dizzy spells. I'm not a diabetic but my sugars are definitely bottoming out with my carb restrictions. Any suggestions on how to combat this without blowing my carb allowance? What worked for you guys?

    I get this quite a bit, no idea why tho. Eating more often (every 4 hrs) and eating a Protein help. Try to avoid something g sugary, that actually makes it worse
