1 month anniversary

Today makes a month that I have had my sleeve...although I'm happy with the weight I loss it just seems so slow...I guess its part of the process....overall I am happy I guess I should just be grateful and go with the flow...at my biggest I was 282 when I was sleeved I was 268 the day of my check up I was 255 which I was stalled at for about 2 weeks

Mine was slow with long stalls as well... I think it's better that way as you want to relearn a new way of eating I believe it will be easier to keep it off!! I found that I want to keep losing so I really make much better food choices and I get my ass to the gym! Haha I am 3 1/2 months out and 73 pounds down 20 lost pre surgery. You are right on track!! Set small goals for yourself... Join the Labor Day challenge they are great motivators! Don get discouraged you will continue to lose and it will be a great accomplishment for you and it will seem like time has flown! Lots of people on here too that have awesome ideas!!
