I am on day 6 of my pre op diet - 3 Optifast a day + low calorie veges. The last couple of days were ok but today I feel as though my brain is not working properly. I keep making mistakes with simple things. Is this normal, or should I add an extra Optifast? All I want to do is sleep

I feel exactly the same way .. My 6th day as well and 4 shakes and veggies as well. So so tired .. And very emotional .. Sleep is the best medicine hang in there

That's good to know. I had taken a week off pre op to get things done, but may have to be less ambitious. My date is 11 August. When is yours?

Aug 7th .. You can still get things done just listen to your body and rest when u can it really help me get through the first few days !! Good luck !
