  1. So agree. I contacted my dietitian to say how weak and unwell I felt day 6, but she wanted me to continue, so guess we have to just push through. I have been resting a lot.
  2. I'm in WA too! I'm getting sleeved 11/8 SJOGHSUBIACO with Dr Sue Taylor
  3. That's good to know. I had taken a week off pre op to get things done, but may have to be less ambitious. My date is 11 August. When is yours?
  4. Hi I am on day 6 of my pre op diet - 3 Optifast a day + low calorie veges. The last couple of days were ok but today I feel as though my brain is not working properly. I keep making mistakes with simple things. Is this normal, or should I add an extra Optifast? All I want to do is sleep
  5. Does he say why? Is it that he is worried something could happen to you? If it ends up being a make or break issue, maybe it would be worth having a couple of sessions with a counsellor together to see if it is because he genuinely cares for you or whether it could be a control issue.
  6. I'm starting the liquid diet tomorrow, as well as a training course. I'm worried I'll be too hungry to concentrate. Still, at least I won't be thinking about what I should or shouldn't eat at the meals
