Support pillow for travel

I've seen a lot of recommendations to bring a small pillow to press against your stomach post-surgery and for the trip home. I'll be flying home so thought having one might be a good idea, especially for the seatbelt? I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for particular pillows (preferrably ones available on Amazon so I can get it within the next few days :) ). I don't want any sort of stuffed animal or stomach-shaped pillow with surgery diagrams so I was just looking at travel pillows. Would memory foam be too soft? Maybe microbead? Flat better than roll? Or other tips? Thanks!

I haven't had surgery yet, but I know I will be carrying my soft pillow and a microbead neck rest. The regular bed/soft pillow will protect from the seat belt and my big dog when I walk in the door. :) The microbead I'll probably use at the hospital just for comfort. I've had 9 previous abdominal surgeries, so I think whatever you have at home... ANYTHING will be better than nothing at all. Hope this helps.
