8-7-14!

Just got the call!

Insurance approved and I'm scheduled for surgery on 8-7! I'm so nervous and happy I can't even begin to explain. Only part that makes me kinda sad is I'm having surgery the day after my 9th wedding anniversary. So no nice dinner or anything special in that aspect. Hubby doesn't seem too thrilled about the surgery at all, but he'll come around.

EXCITED as a kid on Christmas :)

Does your surgeon do presentations to explain the different surgery types? I brought my husband with me when I went, and he told me it made all the difference & was supportive. He felt a lot more comfortable.

I know there are some classes and seminars they do, but he works during those. I think maybe we'll just have to talk it out. He's supportive, just being a grump about having to get the needed supplements and stuff. Such as protein shakes and stuff

Instead, how about looking for doctors' presentations on You Tube?!
