the icky in your chest could indicate that the food you got stuck got stuck in your esophagus and you are experiencing a little spasm. drink some Water, drink enough water that you fill your pouch.

I had something stuck tonight when I ate supper...but I then started to throw up...drinking some warm tea right now...should I stay on liquids for a few days? or should I call my doctor right away. my stomach feels fine, just feel icky in my chest...is there still something stuck? had my fill last week...maybe I need to slow way down!
