Yeah I think it's a crapshoot.

I have been excellent about my protein and it's high quality. I take the biotin and all the rest.

Started losing hair at six months out and it hasn't stopped yet and I am almost 8 months.

Sounds fun! Take me with you and maybe your hair luck will rub off on me!Luckily I had a lot to begin with so while I can totally tell (I wrap the band around my ponytails and buns and extra time) not many other people can, so I am not worried.
