Thiamine ( vitamin B1)

What name brand of B1 are you taking, that is small and doesn't taste bad. The one I have has that strong vitamin stink to it. I'm looking for another brand. Hopefully a small gel capsule.

I get all of my B vitamins in Super B Complex...they're by Nature Made and have a very strong vitamin smell (so definitely not what you're looking for, but I figure you can rule them out :D)

I get the b shots I get b6 b1 and b12 and frolic acid shot all at one . I found a wellness center that gives them . I found better results then pills or liquid .
