Anybody is the PA area?

Looking for support and people to talk to. New to this at the moment. Just starting my journey of making changes to better myself. Next month I have an appointment with my PCP to get things started.

    Headed to pre op appt 3/22. Questioning my capability to do this. Feeling like a coward. I HATE how I look and feel and my husband isn't supporting me in this.

    I live in Pittsburgh Pa. Wide world of food. Was in an accident couple years ago my capability to work has dwindled due to back issues and arthritis in my chest after sternal fracture. I feel I need to do this for me.
