Plateau

Hi. I had my surgery last July. Since my pre-op liquid diet, I've lost about 90 pounds. I feel great but have reached a plateau. I haven't lost a pound in the last two months or so. I exercise about 4 days a week. Any suggestions on how to get my weight loss moving again? Thanks!

If I can find the time I'm going to post how I lost 12 lbs in 3 weeks and broke a 3-4 month plateau/stall.

Congratulations on your weight loss! Fantastic!
