yesterday

its all over. i had my surgery and im surprised how good i feel. im sore but i feel great. but im a little scared. what do i do now? can anyone give me some tips.:phanvan

Congrats on your surgery!

From what I've read, walk, walk, walk. It will help redistribute that gas in your abdomen and help it work it's way out. Do the absolute best you can to stick to the diet your surgeon gave you, you can do it! It's only a few weeks out of your life.

I agree, follow your Dr's diet. Do not push to much food, you will feel so much better. Exercise is so much the key. I was banded Oct 30, and have lost 68 pounds and I exercise 3 days a week with a trainer. I started out in a size 26 and now in some 18's.
