3 weeks post op and doing great with absolutely no problems so far. Started Vitamins and Calcium this week but still undecided what Vitamin to go with long term. I'm currently taking 2 Celebrate Chewable multi vitamins a day and 3 Celebrate Calcium capsules (crushed) a day. I am considering Opurity Vitamins available at unjury.com for future use since they are a one a day chewable. Opurity does provide slightly less in some vitamins but don't really think it's enough to make a difference. Any comments?
