What a time for a stall!

I am soooo frustrated. I finally hit my first real stall, and I'm fluctuating between 199 and 200. I'm in Onederland, I'm not in Onederland, I'm in Onederland...no I'm not in Onderland. For the past two weeks!

I could pull my hair out! (no, it hasn't started coming out on its own yet)

Hi,

Sorry to hear you are so frustrated. Just so you know, there is an entire forum that is new and dedicated to stall discussion. You might find good information and support to help you. Here is where it is located: http://www.bariatricpal.com/forum/1102-dont-sweat-the-stall-stuff-new/

Ugh, that would be horrible. Although, I would love to be on the 100-200 borderline myself rather than the one I'm working on now, lol. Congratulations on your success so far :)
